PROCEDURE FOR PORTFOLIO REVIEW
The Phyllis Weston – Annie Bolling Gallery is always interested in seeking out work by up and coming artists. In order for us to become acquainted with your work, we ask that you send us digital images on CD or a link to your website address. We cannot accept original work or emailed images.
Sending your inquiry through mail:
1. Please send jpeg images on cd to our address at Phyllis Weston Annie Bolling Gallery.
2. Your cover letter should include your address, phone, email and contact information.
3. Resume should include your exhibition history, collections, and educational background.
4. If appropriate, include an artist statement addressing concrete information about your work.
Sending your inquiry through email:

2. In the subject line of your email please note “ Artist Review.”
3. Your email should serve as your cover letter giving your address, phone, email and contact information.
4. Your website should include resume information showing your exhibition history, collections, images and educational background.
5. If appropriate, include an artist’s statement addressing concrete information about your work.
We are unable to accept and/or respond to phone calls regarding the status of your submission. While it would be ideal to exhibit work by all of the artists who submit work, we must keep that number to a minimum to ensure that we successfully represent the artists under contract with the gallery.
